Using the Secondary Price List Feature
Our Secondary Price List feature can be used if you need a price list to switch to a different version once an order is placed in the customer's gallery. This is helpful if you have a one-time promotion, such as a discount or pricing changes, that you only want to offer on the first order placed in a gallery.
Set up a Secondary Price List
Important: Before you set up a Secondary Price List, you must have have all necessary price lists built. Contact the Simplephoto Support team or see our Build a Price List help files for further assistance.
- Navigate to the Price List tab of your account.
- Click Edit next to the applicable price list with the discount, promotional pricing, etc. This should be the first price list associated to the gallery/job.
- Use the Secondary Price List drop-down to select the price list that should be switched to once the first order is placed.
- Click Update at the bottom of this screen.
