Create a Price List
There are two types of price lists, Image Gallery / Reorder Price Lists and Prepay Price Lists. A Prepay Price List is an online price list with no images associated, typically used before picture day. Image gallery price lists are associated with an uploaded gallery of images, typically used after picture day, which is why they are often referred to as Reorder price lists.
To create an Image Gallery / Reorder price list:

Click Price Lists at the top of your Dashboard and then click the Add Price List button. You may also do this from the Dashboard under the Price Lists pane by clicking Create Price List.
- Enter a name for your price list in the Price List Name field.
- If you want to enable sales tax, make sure Disable Sales Tax is unchecked.
- You can also set your Shipping Options here.
- After a price list is created, you can switch the price list from a Reorder price list to a Prepay price list by clicking Edit next to the existing price list and toggling the Price List Type.
- Click Add when finished.

Click Price Lists at the top of your Dashboard and then click the Add Prepay Price List button. You may also do this from the Dashboard under the Price Lists pane by clicking Create Prepay Price List.
- Enter a name for your price list in the Prepay Price List Name field.
- If you want to enable sales tax, make sure Disable Sales Tax is unchecked.

- After a price list is created, you can switch the price list from a Prepay price list to a Reorder price list by clicking Edit next to the existing price list and toggling the Price List Type.

Note: It’s good to review your price list and determine what types of products you will need to create. There are several types of price list items available in SimplePhoto.
Note: There are some key differences between Prepay and Reorder price lists:
- Multi-pose products aren't available in prepay price lists since no images are associated with prepay price lists. This includes Variable/BYO Packages, Fixed Packages and Composite Products.
- Digital Download products aren't available in prepay price lists.
- Yearbook Pose products aren't available in prepay price lists.
When converting a Reorder price list into a Prepay price list, multi-pose products should be re-built using Product Quantity products with drop-down menus for pose selection. Unless they are rebuilt, they won’t be seen in preview (they will disappear when a reorder is converted to prepay, if left as packages) but will be editable on the admin side. Digital Downloads products however, will be converted to a Product Checkbox.
