Digital Downloads in a package or composite
To sell a digital download as a package product, a package add-on, or a composite product image node, enable the Pose is a Digital Download setting when editing the package item, package add-on, or composite image node. The new Pose is a Digital Download setting will only appear when the High resolution uploading setting is enabled in the Gallery & Prepay Settings screen.
If the Pose Not Applicable and Pose is a Digital Download options are enabled for a Package Add-on product, the package add-on will be considered an "all images in the gallery" digital download product and all gallery images will be added to the digital download.
An "All Gallery Images Digital Download" can be included with a variable package. Add a Fixed No Pose Product to a variable package and enable the All Gallery Images Digital Download checkbox to enable this feature.
An "All Gallery Images Digital Download" can be included in a fixed package. Add a No Pose Product to a fixed package and enable the All Gallery Images Digital Download checkbox to enable this feature.
Please note the following stipulations:
- We recommend that you place some test orders to verify that all digital download products are fulfilled as expected.
- Digital downloads should only be sold inside packages or composite products when all images uploaded are high resolution. When composite product image nodes are designated as digital download products, any pose (regardless of uploaded size) can be added to the digital download package item, package add-on, or composite product. If a non-high resolution image is selected for a digital download composite product, no digital download will be generated for the non-high resolution images.
- Digital downloads are not supported in composite products inside of packages and composite products sold as package add-ons.
- Packages that include a digital download will be fulfilled at full resolution or 2500 pixels on the longest side. There is currently no option to set a maximum width/height for package products that are digital downloads.
