Deactivating Prepay Events/Galleries
There are two ways to make a prepay event or gallery no longer accessible to customers: deactivation and expiration. Deactivating a prepay event or gallery makes it no longer accessible to customers, however, you can still edit the event/gallery or reactivate it at a later time if needed. When an event or gallery expires, however, it means it is no longer accessible and cannot be edited/reactivated later. You can learn more about expiration dates here: Gallery Expiration Date & Alert.
Want to schedule the deactivation date in advance? See Event Scheduling.
