Event Scheduling

1. Login to SimplePhoto and click on the Galleries tab located at the top of the dashboard.
2. Click on the Folder Control Panel (or Group Control Panel for SimplePhoto Classic users) button located next to the Folder Name you want to work with.
3. Click on the Edit Folder/Group button located at the top of the page.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and CHECK the Apply Date Changes checkbox - this "turns-on" the feature.
5. Enter the Change Date (date you want this change to take place) in the corresponding field and select the price list, activation or shipping option you want to switch to from the corresponding drop-down box. 
6. Click Update.

Change shipping or activation on X date, for an already existing prepay event:

1. Login to SimplePhoto and click on the Galleries tab located at the top of the dashboard.
2. Click on the Folder Control Panel (or Group Control Panel for SimplePhoto Classic users) button located next to the Folder Name you want to work with.
3. Click on the Event Control Panel button located next to the Event you want to work with.
4. Click Edit Prepay Event.
5. Scroll down to the bottom under Event Scheduling.
6. To change shipping, enter the Change Date (date you want this change to take place) and select the shipping option you want to switch to in the Change Shipping box.
7. To change the activation state, enter the First On date (date you want this change to take place). If activating this event in the future, select Activation from the first drop-down and De-activation from the "Next On" drop-down. If the event is already active, select De-activation from the "First On" drop-down. 
8. Click Update.

Change shipping or activation on X date, for an already existing single gallery:

1. Login to SimplePhoto and click on the Galleries tab located at the top of the dashboard.
2. Click on the Folder Control Panel (or Group Control Panel for SimplePhoto Classic users) button located next to the Folder Name you want to work with.
3. Click on the Gallery Control Panel button located next to the Gallery you want to work with.
4. Click Edit Gallery.
5. Scroll down to the bottom under Event Scheduling.
6. To change shipping or price list, enter the Change Date (date you want this change to take place) and select the price list from the drop-down box or the shipping option you want to switch to in the Change Shipping box.
7. To change the activation state, enter the First On date (date you want this change to take place). If activating this gallery in the future, select Activation from the first drop-down and De-activation from the "Next On" drop-down. If the gallery is already active, select De-activation from the "First On" drop-down. 
8. Click Update.

Important Information:

• If the Event Scheduling feature is being used for a gallery, the price list/shipping selected for the Event Scheduling will override any other price list/shipping association.
• Changing a gallery's price list using the event schedule feature causes a different price list to be activated for the gallery when the gallery is accessed. The price list associated to the gallery is not actually changed. Keep this in mind if you are attempting to use the event scheduling feature to change a gallery's price list multiple times. 
• SimplePhoto 2.0 Users now have the option to customize timezone and expiration/change hour. To update this information, click on the Photographer Information link under the My Account pane from your Dashboard.
