Associate Galleries with a Price List

Galleries can be associated with a price list individually or en masse.

To associate a gallery with a price list:

1. Click Galleries at the top of your Dashboard.
2. Click Folder Control Panel next to the folder containing the gallery you would like to edit.
3. Click Gallery Control Panel next to the gallery you would like to edit.
4. Click Edit Gallery.
5. Under “Choose the Price List you would like to associate with this Gallery”, choose the new price list from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Update.

To associate all galleries in a folder with a specific price list:

1. Click Galleries at the top of your Dashboard.
2. Click Folder Control Panel next to the folder of galleries you would like to edit.
3. Click Edit Folder.
4. Under “Modify all galleries in the Folder…,” from the Price List drop-down, select the price list you would like to apply to all galleries within this folder.
5. Click Update.

PLEASE NOTE: If the Event Scheduling feature is being used for a gallery, the price list selected for the Event Scheduling will override this association. Click Here for more information about the Event Scheduling feature.
