Update Your e-Wallet
The SimplePhoto e-Wallet program is a safe and secure way for photographers to provide their billing information online. Simply submit your preferred method of billing in the form provided, and each month your card will automatically be billed for your SimplePhoto membership fees and shopping cart transaction fees. On months when you do not owe a balance on your account, your billing information will not be used. Please note that SimplePhoto cannot accept credit card information by phone; it must be submitted via the e-Wallet form provided in order to ensure security and billing accuracy.
Your e-Wallet is Secure! SimplePhoto does not store any credit card information on our servers. e-Wallet storage and security is provided by Stripe, a VISA CISP compliant payment provider.
Instructions for updating your e-Wallet
- Login to your SimplePhoto account.
- Click on the Membership Payment Information link inside the My Account pane.
- Enter your new credit card information. ALL fields on this page must be completed.
- Click Update e-Wallet.
SimplePhoto does not store any credit card information. At the time you sign up, all information is sent through a secure certificate to our bank for automated electronic monthly billing. Your monthly SimplePhoto fees will show up on your credit card statement as "Photo Online".
Monthly membership fees are billed at the beginning of each month. SimplePhoto bills you for commission fees at the beginning of each month for the month prior. Commission is based on your total monthly sales, including taxes and shipping.
