SimplePhoto provides a limited amount of free, quality support to all of our members. In order to continue to provide you with even better support, we ask that you comply with our support procedures. See the Training, Consulting, Set-up, and Customization Fees section below for an explanation of free support hours. If an existing SimplePhoto feature is not working properly, any support required for this will not be counted against your free support hours.

How to submit a Support Request -OR- Schedule a Support Call
Our support request and call procedure provide unmatched “team” support for you and your staff. Submitting a Support Request online notifies the entire SimplePhoto Support Team.
- Login to your SimplePhoto Dashboard.
- Click the Help tab at the top of the page, then click the Submit a support request link, fill out the short form, and submit your request to our support team.
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response or 48 hours during the busy Fall and Spring seasons. Requests are usually responded to within a few hours, if not within a few minutes, during the business day.
Training, Consulting, Set-up, and Customization Fees
SimplePhoto consulting involves helping our members understand, set-up, or troubleshoot SimplePhoto features and functionality. We will also help build your price list online. All consulting services are subject to the availability of the SimplePhoto support staff. Lite and Pro members receive 2 free hours of consulting services per month. Premium members receive up to 4 free hours of support per month. Unused consulting hours do not rollover - any hours not used in a given month are not carried forward to future months. SimplePhoto consultation is billed at the rate of $45 per hour, billed in hourly increments. SimplePhoto must receive approval before paid consulting hours are dedicated. Time spent troubleshooting or fixing system problems are not counted as consulting hours.
How to submit a Price List Request
CLICK HERE to submit a price list request to the support team. Price list turnaround times may be between 5-10 business days or 7-10 business days during peak seasons. If you need your price list created within 72 business hours, please select the option to have it expedited for $75. If you need it rushed with a 24 hour or less turnaround time, please select that option and our support team will contact you with a custom quote.
Expedited Support and Consultation Requests
Consultation and support requests may be expedited based on the availability of SimplePhoto's support staff. When SimplePhoto is notified that a request needs to be expedited, SimplePhoto will provide an estimated time and cost for the expedited request.
Software Integration Support
Due to the fact that any support related to software integration for third party systems is more advanced and time-consuming, SimplePhoto will charge a higher per hour support/consultation fee. Please contact us for details about software integration support.
