Click the Galleries tab or click on the Manage Existing Galleries link inside the Galleries pane on the SimplePhoto Dashboard.
Click Folder Control Panel beside the folder that contains the passwords you would like to download.
At the bottom of the list of galleries within this folder, there are multiple download options:
Download Image Name and Password
Download Public Gallery Name and Password
Download Public Gallery Name, Password and Email Address
Download Private Gallery Name and Password
Download Public Gallery Name, Password, Direct Gallery Link, and Email Address
Download Gallery name, password, job number, expiration date, and price list
Click Download Gallery Information next to the option for the information you would like to download.
Once you select the report, you will be prompted to select the program with which you want to open the file. Select your spreadsheet program. (Excel, Open Office Calc, Numbers, etc)
