SimplePhoto uses a secure cloud-based hosting provider for image storage. Customers must enter a unique password to access a student’s images. A secure SSL connection is used the entire time customers are browsing and purchasing through the SimplePhoto shopping cart. SimplePhoto also provides image watermarking features to protect images from being downloaded and printed. SimplePhoto does not sell or share any photographer information or customer data collected in photographer accounts.

Additionally, the use of any SimplePhoto marketing system features means that the photographer agrees to abide by the SimplePhoto Privacy Policy that states their company will not disclose their customer's contact information through sale, trade, or rent to others. Customers can also view the privacy policy when checking out and have the option to be notified about gallery updates and sales.
