How do I cancel my SimplePhoto membership?

There are no contracts; you may cancel your account at any time. When you cancel your account, you are responsible for the fees associated with the account up to that date.

To cancel your account, please send a written request to support@simplephoto.com stating that you would like to cancel this account. Please include the name of the studio, the contact name, and contact phone number. This email must be sent from the primary email address associated with the account. You can verify this email address inside the Photographer Information section of this account.

Once your account has been canceled, you will receive a written notice confirming this activity. All accounts will be canceled within 48 business hours of receiving the written request.
