Download Yearbook Pose Report

How to run a report to filter out customers who have or haven't picked their Yearbook Pose:
  1. Login to SimplePhoto.
  2. Click on Manage Existing Galleries under the Galleries pane on your Dashboard.
  3. Click on Folder Control Panel located next to the folder/job you want to work with.
  4. If customers have ordered a yearbook pose from this folder of galleries, at the bottom of this page, you will see a Download Yearbook Selections button.
  5. Click Download Yearbook Selections and set the date range on the next page.
  6. Once you see orders listed in the current date range you have set, select the Export File Format under Download yearbook poses for selected date range.
  7. Click Download Yearbook Selections to download the file.
  8. If you require a list of customers who have not pick their Yearbook Pose, you may click the link for Download list of galleries with no yearbook pose selection.
