Email Order Notification questions
Q. Why am I'm not receiving email order notifications?
A. First, verify that the "Order Notification Email Address" or "Primary Email Address" are accurate. If they are, there is a chance that your email server is blocking these emails. Please contact your email system administrator and see if you can have emails sent from support@simplephoto.com added to a whitelist of some kind so that these emails are always received. An alternate idea would be to add another email address to receive copies of order notifications, such as a gmail or outlook email address.
