Text Trigger Templating

Available parameters:

[EventName] will be replaced with the first 30 characters of the event's name. When the [EventName] parameter is used, the maximum number of allowed characters is reduced by 30.

[ShortName] can be used to replace the Event Name. An example might be a shortened version of the school name and season. This parameter is limited to 30 characters.

[PictureDay] will be replaced with the event's picture day month and day entered inside a prepay event's control panel. For example, if a prepay event's picture day is set to May 15, 2019, the text trigger template will populate the [PictureDay] parameter with the value '5/15'. When the [PictureDay] parameter is used, the maximum number of allowed characters is reduced by 5.

[YearbookDeadline] will be replaced with the folder's "Yearbook pose selection deadline" day. When the [YearbookDeadline] parameter is used, the maximum number of allowed characters is reduced by 5.

[DateRange] will be replaced with the prepay event's Date Range value. When the [DateRange] parameter is used, the maximum number of allowed characters is reduced by 19.

An example of using parameters is, "Preorder for [ShortName] Picture Day on [PictureDay]." In the text message received, this might actually read, "Preorder for ABC Elem Spring Picture Day on 5/15."
