How do I cancel an order in SimplePhoto?

To cancel an order in SimplePhoto, send the following information to support@simplephoto.com:

• Your Studio Name
• Order ID #
• Amount refunded (Do you need the entire order canceled? Or you just need to refund shipping/other specific amount?)

If you are working with a lab, make sure to alert the lab that this order is canceled. 

Note: Removing an order from SimplePhoto does not automatically refund the customer. You must write a check or use your payment gateway to refund the customer.
