Email Template Parameters

Use parameters to have areas of text populated when you use an email template to send a email notifications to your customers.

The following parameters are available in email templates:

  • [ClickHereToUnsubscribe] - adds an unsubscribe link to the bottom of your message. If this parameter is not present, an unsubscribe link will be added to the bottom of the email.
  • [CompanyName] - Your company name as entered in the "Photographer Information" screen.
  • [EmailAddress] - Your primary email address as entered in the "Photographer Information" screen.
  • [EmailLink] - Your primary email address as entered in the "Photographer Information" screen.
  • [GalleryName] - The image gallery or event name.
  • [ShortName] - The shortened version of the image gallery or event name when entered. This is useful for text triggers when there are limited characters.
  • [GalleryPassword] - The image gallery or event password.
  • [PrivateGalleryName] - Only applicable for import methods that cause the "private gallery name" field to be populated when galleries are imported.
  • [GalleryLink] - parameter creates a direct link to the gallery and displays as the Gallery name.. This link will include tracking information that allows you to view statistics on how many customers clicked the link and also how many customers placed an order.
  • [GalleryLinkAddress] - Gallery link in a non-hyperlink form. This is useful for embedding in the href parameter of the HTML anchor tag.
    • When the rich text editor is used to add a link, the <other> protocol selection should be selected when the [GalleryLinkAddress] parameter is used. 
    • If the HTML source of the template is edited, make sure not to include "http://" or "https://" when the [GalleryLinkAddress] parameter is used.
  • [GalleryImage] - The first gallery image thumbnail will be inserted.
  • [GalleryImage2] - The second gallery image thumbnail will be inserted.
  • [GalleryImageWebUrl] - The URL of the first gallery's web-resolution image will be inserted.
  • [GalleryImage2WebUrl] - The URL of the second gallery's web-resolution image will be inserted.
  • [GroupName] - Folder name
  • [GroupLink] - Link to the folder containing this gallery.
  • [GroupLinkAddress] - Link to the folder containing this gallery in a non-hyperlink form. This is useful for embedding in the href parameter of the HTML anchor tag.
  • [Logo] - Your company logo will be inserted. This requires that a logo be uploaded in the "Account Design" setting screen.
  • [PictureDay] - Picture Day value that is stored in the gallery's "Picture Day" field.
  • [DateRange] - Custom text that can be entered to show a range of dates for picture day or other event date triggers.
  • [WebsiteLink] -  Your website address as entered in the "Photographer Information" screen.
  • [YearbookDeadline] - Yearbook Deadline value that is stored in the folder's "Yearbook Deadline" field.
